In this document you will find 2 options you can use.

For the first option, you will need a ring that fits securely on your finger.


Step 1 :Place a credit card on the guide to make sure the scale is correct.	Step 2: Match the inside of your own ring to one of the circles below. You should only be able to see the circle inside of your ring.

The 2nd option is the ruler. You simply cut out the ruler and then twist it around your finger.

Step 1: Cut the ruler perfect on the line.

Step 2: Cut the line on the ruler to create an opening.

Step 3: Wrap the ruler around your finger with the numbers visible. The number that appears the clostest to the opening is your ring size.
